This G-SHOCK Gravitymaster (Sky Cockpit) model, GW-A1000FC-5ADR, is designed for pilots and features advanced G-SHOCK technology in a Black and Dark Brown color scheme. It boasts Triple G Resist construction, making it resistant to shock, centrifugal G-forces, and vibration.
The watch utilizes a Tough Solar power system and features Multiband 6 atomic timekeeping (Wave Ceptor), receiving calibration signals from six transmitters worldwide for automatic time correction. Smart Access allows for intuitive operation of functions via an electronic crown.
Key features include a Temperature Sensor (Thermometer), World Time (29 time zones, 29 cities + UTC, DST auto switching, Home/World time swapping), a 1/20-second stopwatch with flyback function (up to 1:59'59.95''), a countdown timer (60-minute range), daily alarm, low battery alert, and Power Saving function.
It has a durable Resin case and bezel, Mineral/Spherical Glass, and 200-meter water resistance. A unique feature is the Fine Resin bracelet band, which combines lightweight resin square elements with steel-embedded H-shape elements for durability and a comfortable fit, secured with a one-touch 3-fold buckle.
The watch includes auto hand home position correction and a full auto-calendar (to year 2099) with date and day display. Timekeeping is purely analog with 3 hands (hour, minute, second) and 2 dials (24-hour, day).
