Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product at your own cost and request a refund, provided the return is initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order to inform us of your return request. The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

For returns made due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any original shipping charges and payment gateway transaction or processing fees will also be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are non-refundable.

If the product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from its description on the website, you will receive a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees incurred.

Other Delivery Information

Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas within the UAE and during public holidays in the UAE or the destination country.

Delivery may also take longer during major promotional periods, including the Dubai Shopping Festival, summer promotions, and other seasonal sales.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment has been successfully processed by the payment gateway, the customer will receive an order and payment confirmation by email.

The confirmation email will include the products ordered, product SKUs, unit prices, and the total amount charged.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Once a returned order has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit or debit card.
