Delivery of Watches and Clocks
10 AED delivery fees apply to all orders being placed on the website, unless free delivery is offered via any running promotions mentioned in the checkout or on the announcement bar. Domestic orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days, whereas international shipping might take more than a week at times.

Other delivery information
Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are borders of UAE cities and respective Country Holidays. Also, please allow additional days during our sale promotions i.e. DSF, Summer Promotions and so on.
The customer will receive an email with the confirmation of the payment and the order once the payment is processed by Payment Gateway including the Items in the order, SKU of the item, Unit price and the total amount charged.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product purchased, you can return it for free and get a full refund, provided you have initiated the return within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
Just make sure to contact us within 2 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition you received it.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 10-45 working days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
